Itinerary
Check in
0.25 hour
A Sydney Zoo staff member will meet the group off the bus and do our Safe, Slow, Quiet briefing with students. One teacher from the school needs to have confirmed numbers to check in at the group bookings desk. Maps will be handed to teachers. These will detail where they will be meeting their educators at the Talking Huts at their appointed time.
Workshops
0.75 hour
Workshops run for 45-60 minutes. They are delivered within the Talking Huts inside the Australian precinct. Schools can be booked in for workshops at 9.45am, 10.45am, 11.45am, or 12.45pm. This will be evident on the confirmation email and will be confirmed during Check in. Students can explore the rest of the zoo with their school teachers before and after their allocated workshop times.
