A fun self regulation explosion and exploration includes an array of fun ways to self reg. Depending on age and interests; The students enjoy such things as yoga, dance, mindfulness, breathing techniques, fidget toys, meditation and social connection.  Students are taught the importance of implementing diverse ways including low dopamine and high dopamine activities and strategies to stay in their learning zone or green zone when needed.
