Taronga Zoo’s Litter Free Oceans immersive study day invites students in Stage 2 and Stage 5 to explore the impact of marine debris on wildlife and ecosystems — and how we can all be part of the solution.

Through inquiry-based learning, real-world data analysis and interactive marine experiences, students will investigate the global challenge of plastic pollution and its impact on ocean biodiversity.

The program includes live animal observations, waste audits, discussions around sustainable behaviours, and participation in Taronga’s Litter Free Oceans campaign.
