The study of fossils gives us a unique window on the climate, vegetation and environment at the time when these animals lived, as well as a better understanding of the evolution of Australian fauna. The program also includes a guided visit to the Wonambi Fossil Centre, which offers a glimpse of what ancient Naracoorte may have been like when megafauna roamed the bush.
