Escape Room + Team Building
This itinerary combines the thrill of a themed escape room with the structure and reflection of a guided team-building session—offering students a chance to work together, take initiative, and think critically across two high-impact formats.
Students begin with one of Escape Hunt Adelaide’s immersive escape rooms, designed to challenge their logic, creativity, and teamwork under pressure. Then, they dive into a professionally facilitated team-building workshop where they reflect, strategise, and grow through play and problem-solving.
Perfect for Years 5–12, this program is great for:
Leadership or enrichment groups
Year-level bonding
Peer mentoring or transition support
End-of-term celebration days with depth
Part 1: Escape Room Challenge (1.5 hours)
In teams of 4–6, students enter an immersive environment where the goal is simple: escape before time runs out. But they’ll need every ounce of teamwork, observation, and communication to do it.
Rooms include:
Down the Rabbit Hole – whimsical logic in Wonderland
Aladdin & The Magic Vault – Arabian puzzle-solving and collaboration
The Deadly Discovery – uncover a secret formula with scientific thinking
Great White Killer – escape a shark cage and crack a coastal mystery
The Collector’s Curse – break a supernatural curse using deduction and creativity
Part 2: Team Building Session (1.5 hours)
After the rooms, students move into a guided team-building session facilitated by Escape Hunt staff. This structured time builds on what students just experienced and pushes them to step into leadership, communication, and problem-solving roles.
Activities may include:
Cooperative group challenges
Leadership and role rotation tasks
Resilience-based games
Facilitated reflection and feedback to bring learning into focus
The session is high-energy, inclusive, and designed so that every student can participate and grow—regardless of their confidence or ability level.
