Our team brings all the necessary equipment and adapts lessons to be age-appropriate, making first aid approachable and exciting for young learners. Using our Small Steps approach, we introduce key skills in managing emergencies through hands-on activities that are interactive and memorable.

Sessions cover basics like calling for help, recognizing emergencies, and applying simple first-aid techniques, tailored to the needs of the class. Teachers can relax knowing that our instructors are experienced, child-focused, and fully qualified. Each session encourages confidence, empowering students to think clearly and act quickly in an emergency.

Booking with Cool Kids First Aid ensures students gain practical knowledge in a safe, supportive environment, leaving them inspired to be capable, calm, and courageous when it matters most.

Each session runs for 1 - 1 1/2 hours and is designed for a maximum of 30 children per session

  • How to recognise an emergency
  • How to roll a person into the recovery position
  • How to call ‘000’ utilising our Triple 000 Trainer App
  • Basic bleeding control including blood nose
  • Snake bite management

·     We also cover principle 7 of the Victorian Child Safe Standards utilising the ‘My Underpants Rule’ Book

Each child will receive an individually named certificate and the centre will receive a copy of our book ‘What to do in an Emergency with Lexi and Leo’ and a small first aid kit for the role play area so the children can continue to practice their skills.

Each fun and interactive session uses age appropriate language and is designed as an introduction to essential life saving skills.
