Using photography's unique emotive power to engage and inspire audiences, the images shine a light on stories and species around the world and encourage a future of advocating for the planet.

The exhibition focuses on nature photography across several categories and is housed within the lush indoor temperate rainforest of the Bicentennial Conservatory.

About the Program

Arriving early also allows the children a chance to have a snack and a toilet break before the excursion officially starts. Please also familiarise yourself with the map which should help you locate toilets and other facilities.

We hope your school visit to the Garden is a valuable and enjoyable learning experience for your students. Please refer to the map for toilets, kiosk, entrance gates and shelters. Botanic Park is an ideal place for lunch.

Objectives

Students will:

  • Experience the Bicentennial Conservatory in a completely new way!
  • Have the opportunity to take part in the Exhibition Camera Challenge and ABC Exhibition Trail (recommended from Foundation to Year 6)
  • Explore the Adelaide Botanic Garden
